Compare systems on your terms.

Set your priorities, score up to three shortlisted systems and see how the evidence stacks up.

These scores are yours. Schools Direct does not score or endorse suppliers. Check mandatory requirements first: a high total cannot compensate for an unmet safeguarding, accessibility, security or contractual requirement.
Set each priority from 0–5 and each system score from 0–5. Blank scores remain unassessed.

Score evidence, not a sales presentation

Use the same test tasks for each option. Ask staff to complete a typical job, check accessibility with representative users, record how data moves, and inspect the exit process. Keep a note of why you awarded each score.

The weighted percentage is calculated as the sum of each score multiplied by its priority, divided by five times the total priority. A zero-priority criterion is excluded. Totals appear only once every included criterion has a valid score. Read the school IT procurement guide before turning the result into a purchasing decision.
